our 1918 house

In December of 2020, we bought a 102 year old house! It has THE best bones and so much character that we cannot wait to bring to life. Before we move in, we’ll be doing quite a bit of work to bring it up to a more modern time (uhh the kitchen and there is only one bathroom right now). Wanna see a few of our favorite details? We really love the wood trim, hardwood floors, hardware, and thick cased openings. The whole house gets so much sunlight and I can’t wait to sit out on our little upstairs balcony.
